Defected or Damaged Items

Carefully inspect your items upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same item within 2 days of delivery.
Please email us at Help@phonecity.hscollections.com with pictures showing the defect so we can expedite your request.

Order Cancellation

you can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a store credit for the full amount.
This credit can be used for future purchases on thestylegarb.com within 60 days.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, you can exchange your item within 2 days of delivery.
You are responsible for returning the item to our address in its original packaging with tags attached.
Shipping costs for exchanges will apply.
The return and exchange process typically takes 15-20 days.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
